Job Skills / Requirements
Overall cleaning and maintenance of designated building space. Functions include cleaning, dusting, cleaning floors, emptying trash, cleaning windows / blinds, sanitizing and replenishing restroom and kitchen / break room products (e.
g., soap, paper products, etc.). Responsible for the care and repair of company-owned property (e.g., vacuums and other products used on-the-job).
Performs additional miscellaneous duties as required by the client and / or management.
Skills :

Exhibit professionalism and be courteous at all times.
Follow company policies.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
Dust high and low surfaces (above shoulder height).
Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, and restores dispensers with soap and paper products.
Removes trash, relines trash containers, cleans receptacles if required and takes trash to dumpster.
Dust mop and damp mops floors, vacuum, shampoo carpeted floors.
Cleans additional rooms as requested (e.g., after special event or meeting).
Replace / cleans soiled draperies.
Clean refrigerators and other areas as instructed by manager.
Requirements :
Employee must be able to communicate in English.
This is a Part-Time position 6pm to 10pm .
